We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with a strong background in managing technical teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of management experience, overseeing a team of at least 5 members. This role requires fluency in both English and Vietnamese, expertise in full-stack development, and a proven track record in e-commerce and preferably banking or payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
Technical Expertise: Provide hands-on support and guidance in full-stack development, particularly using Node.js and React Native.
Project Management: Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timely and successful delivery of applications, with a preference for experience in e-commerce and banking/payment systems.
Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on project progress, team performance, and technical challenges.
Technical Support: Offer technical assistance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Analytical Mindset: Apply analytical thinking to solve complex problems, ensuring the scalability and reliability of solutions.
Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, working independently and autonomously, adapting quickly to changes and new challenges.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in processes, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Technical Specifications: Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for the development team.
Workload Management: Effectively split and manage workload within the team using Jira or other project management tools.
