Aon Vietnam is currently recruiting Manager/ Senior Manager, Corporate Team, to join our team in Aon Ha Noi Office.

Responsibilities:
• Execute the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio and contributing to the annual planning cycle.
• Account for executing the in-country CRA growth plan (including but not limited to Property All Risks, Liability Insurance, Affinity Insurance)
• Focus on new sales, i.e. identify new business opportunities (new client/ new business of existing clients/ cross-sales) and build a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring excellent service and long-term retention.
• Develop network with insurers for insurance program arrangements and further corporation.
• Positive Net Promoter Score from clients and regularly review value proposition to increase overall partnership position.
• Review all out-going client documents including but not limited to insurance contracts, client workshop communications/decks
• Collaborate tightly with senior managers/ team members/ other teams to drive overall company growth.
• Undertake other accounts/projects/ initiatives as might be assigned• University graduates, major in Finance/Economics/Insurance/Banking/Business
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Non-life Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Account Management/ Project Management roles, leading sub-team is an advantage.
• Proven experience in insurance sales, financial services, or related industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship abilities.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and especially able to perform under high pressure.
• Confident in presentation, hosting meetings, leading workshops.
• Have strong management skill - able to plan, organize, drive a sub-team if required.
• Fluency in written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English (working with colleagues across APAC)
• Devoted to details, motivated to achieve goals, possesses strong business knowledge, and can build trust while communicating with top-level executives
• Sharp analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstration of self-discipline and organization
• Proficient with MS systems such as Word, Excel, and especially PowerPoint
