Mô tả công việc
Product/Commercial/Visual Management
- Ensure shop floor layout and new lines follow company guidelines.
- Implement and communicate merchandising standards to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Style mannequins and displays daily, maintaining visual standards.
- Train team on visual execution standards.
- Analyze sales reports to identify priorities and adapt visual merchandising accordingly.
- Collect feedback from store management and adjust visual proposals.
Shop-floor & Sales Management
- Motivate the sales team to increase sales and efficiency.
- Meet/exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Communicate daily with management on personnel and product updates.
- Maintain store standards throughout the day and at closing.
Customer Service
- Offer high-level customer service and support action plans.
- Address customer issues and escalate to senior management if necessary.
- Reinforce the company return policy and support product knowledge.
Health & Safety
- Maintain housekeeping standards and communicate incidents to senior management.
- Ensure safe work practices and awareness of potential risks for employees and customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail chains (Big brands).
- Or candidates with over 1 year of Visual Merchandising Management experience, and English proficiency, in Food and Beverage or Hospitality chains.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Passion for fashion.
