Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager who wants to become a key member in the growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining accounts. This position is perfect for those who aspire to grow and enjoy working in a fashionable and social environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with our Marketing department to create engagement with our audience
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Build and maintain professional networks
- Meet with potential clients to determine their needs
- Be our brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Outgoing personality and great social skills
- Ability to approach new prospects and negotiate
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
- Fast learner and quick thinker
- Great planning and organizing skills
- Experience in dealing with both Vietnamese and Western culture
- Technical ability to work with online management tools
- At least 24 years of age
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 20-25M based on experience bonus based on Sale KPI, plus 13th month salary.
- Weekly working hours: 40 hours.
- 20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
- Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
- 20% discount on company products and 50% staff discount on all F&B services for your personal consumption.
- Sales incentive.
