Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.

- Develop and execute business transformation strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Oversee the IT department's daily operations, including systems maintenance, software upgrades, and troubleshooting.

- Provide leadership and support to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service levels are met.

- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new systems and technologies to ensure smooth adoption.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics Odoo) and business transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of business processes and how IT can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Excellent project management skills with a successful track record of leading IT projects.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Proven experience with  IT systems, software development, and platform optimization.
• Strong understanding of custom code development (e.g., JavaScript, TypeScript, PostgreSQL) and no-code platforms (e.g., WIX, JetAdmin).
• Experience in managing third-party software integrations and evaluating new tools to support business objectives.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience in mentoring and guiding technical team members.
• Familiarity with DevOps, data pipelines, ETL processes, and data governance is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile) and ERP systems.

- Experience with cloud technologies and data analytics.

- Experience in AI and ML functionality 

- Knowledge of change management practices.
