Job Description

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts, and projections.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide insights on revenue optimization and cost management.

Financial Reporting:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.

Budget Management:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets.
• Implement cost control measures and optimize resource allocation.
• Identify areas for potential cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Cash Flow Management:

• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Implement cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle funds.
• Collaborate with banking partners to optimize financial transactions.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Investor Relations:

• Prepare financial presentations and forecasts for investors and stakeholders.
• Support fundraising efforts and provide due diligence during investor discussions.
• Ensure transparent communication with shareholders regarding the company’s financial health.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Coordinate financial activities across departments and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities to finance team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry or International company.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with local and international financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Salary: negotiated base on experience, plus 13th month salary.
• Weekly working hours: 40 hours.
• 20 days of paid leave and 10 days of paid sick leave per year.
• Meal allowance: 40,000 VND per working day.
