Job Purpose:
This individual will understand and apply regulatory concepts through technical information and regulatory references to substantiate claims for new and existing products, supporting customer compliance and research requests.
The Regulatory Affairs (RA) will lead all RA activities at Food services and Private label businesses including but not limit to reviewing new label design, update all new domestic and international regulations/laws, legal supporting R&D team in all innovation projects, handling all authority audits, coaching team on new/updated requirements...
Job duties & Responsibility
- Ensure 100% compliance with domestic and importing markets for both current and new products.
- Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Operations, Procurement and External Suppliers to support the needs across the business
- Reviews and maintain ingredient and supplier documentation and ensure documents meet standards and other certifying bodies
- Establish and maintain relationships with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders involved in policy- making/authority audits.
- Responsible for product self- declaration (if any)
- Review product artwork and labels for compliance as needed
- Communicates with outside suppliers on behalf of regulatory affairs
- Ensure 100% new food ingredients/additives are in comply with both domestic and importing markets.
- Serves as regulatory resource for 3rd party audit preparation
- Supports customer compliance requests
- Update, prepare and manage standard regulatory documents before submission to internal and external customers.

Excellent communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.
At least 2- 3 years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Product Development, or Technical Services (i.e. regulatory affairs, labeling, product specification, ETC.) within the industry. Background Regulatory affairs at a food, beverage, or consumer products company required.
This demanding role will require drive, ambition and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial awareness.
Experience as a leader in handling authority audits
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience or above. Degree in Laws is an advance – in related Food Science.
Understand Vietnam regulation system
Excellence communication in English and Vietnamese.
Strong, persuasive communicator both verbally and written
