Team Introduction
The Creators team at TikTok is dedicated to fostering impactful partnerships and collaborations, playing a pivotal role within the broader Content Operations team. We’re committed to driving the success of our creators by ensuring continuous engagement, providing support, and creating opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners both regionally and globally, our team is responsible for managing established creators and public figures, nurturing strong relationships, and empowering them to reach their full potential on our platform. Responsibilities
- Creator Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain dynamic relationships with creators at all levels, including Top Creators and Public Figures. Strategically enhance account performance, drive product adoption, and boost engagement to exceed content and product goals. Lead efforts to onboard key Public Figures and Top Creators who are not yet on the platform, using creative incentives and tailored strategies to bring them on board.
- Program Engagement: Spearhead creator involvement in Central, Regional, and Local programs, ensuring they are well-informed, actively participating, and making impactful contributions.
- Performance Metrics and Product Adoption: Drive success by monitoring key partner management metrics, tracking creator performance, and championing the adoption of new products and features to elevate their content and reach.
- Feedback and Insights: Be the voice of local creators by collecting valuable feedback, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing actionable insights that enhance program effectiveness and creator satisfaction.
- Local Market Expertise: Serve as a market expert with an in-depth understanding of the cultural and business nuances specific to the region. Leverage this expertise to tailor strategies that resonate with creators and audiences alike.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to align strategies, achieve business objectives, and unlock exciting new opportunities with global Top Creators and Public Figures. Be a key player in forging strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in creator management, partner relations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the digital content landscape and creator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decisions, with a strong data-driven mindset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the tech, media, or creator agencies industry, preferably within a large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and content management systems, with a focus on leveraging data to drive strategy. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for creator engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or educational programs for creators.
- Familiarity with the local market and cultural nuances, with experience in international or cross-cultural environments.
