Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
A. Compliance and Reports
Ensure all procedures, paperwork, and reports are up-to-date, implemented on time, and compliant with governmental laws.
Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, probation results, contract modifications, and terminations.
Maintain employee records and personal files, including the upkeep of HR databases.
Update company policies and HR procedures on the intranet.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the Board of Management.
B. Payroll and Cost
Handle payroll, SI-HI-UI, PIT, dependents, overtime, and leave.
Calculate monthly project costs (loaded cost, actual resource cost, etc.).
Prepare annual budget planning.
C. Employee Engagement and Activities
Participate in global and local HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
Propose ideas and collaborate in organizing internal staff activities/events to promote a positive working environment and strong teamwork.
D. Recruitment
Support Headquarter recruitment in posting jobs, managing the candidate database, conducting shortlisting/screening, and arranging interviews.
Conduct culture fit interviews and reference check sessions for local recruitment.
E. Administration & Miscellaneous tasks
Support administrative tasks by reviewing and advising on quotations and contracts.
Assist the HRA Manager in overseeing all administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Must have:
Possesses a degree from a university;
Typically 3 - 5 years of experience in C&B/general HR-related role;
Deep understanding of Labor law, employment - related laws, and HR best practices;
Proficiency in HR metrics and reporting;
Proficient in reading and writing English, with intermediate verbal skills;
Detail-oriented with high integrity, and accountability.
Skilled in multitasking with excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and teamwork, self-motivated, proactive in learning new skills, and efficient in handling assigned tasks.
Nice to have:
Experience in the IT sector is a plus;
Knowledge/ experience in ISO standards is a plus;
