Mô tả Công việc
We are seeking General Marketing Executive with the following key responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) Campaigns
• Develop and manage integrated communication campaigns (IMC) to ensure brand consistency across all communication activities.
• Enhance brand value and recognition through IMC and 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Analyze the characteristics and behavior of target audiences to create suitable content and select the right communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute detailed plans.
2. Execute 360-Degree Marketing Campaigns
• Create detailed plans for each phase of the campaign, monitor progress, and adjust flexibly to optimize results.
• Develop content and messaging tailored to different channels and audience segments, ensuring unified and engaging communication.
• Work closely with content, design, and production teams to create diverse marketing assets.
3. Manage and Optimize Diverse Communication Channels
• Understand the characteristics of various communication channels to select the most suitable ones for each campaign based on target audiences and brand objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging media trends to refine strategies and enhance promotional efficiency.
• Master key digital metrics (e.g., CTR, CPM, CPA, ROI) to monitor, operate, and adjust campaigns in real-time, ensuring maximum effectiveness.
4. Support Other Marketing Activities
• Assist and collaborate with other departments in product promotion, internal communication, and company events.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams to ensure all marketing activities align with the company's overall goals.
5. Budget Management and Performance Measurement
• Work with the finance team to effectively manage marketing budgets, ensuring spending aligns with objectives and achieves optimal results.
• Compile comprehensive campaign reports with specific performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and propose improvements for future campaigns.
6. Market and Competitor Analysis
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop timely and appropriate marketing strategies.
• Identify new opportunities and suggest improvements to marketing strategies based on data and customer feedback.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, particularly in managing IMC and 360-degree marketing campaigns.
• Comprehensive Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of diverse communication channels, both online and offline, with skills in managing and executing integrated campaigns.
• Strategic Planning and Audience-Centric Thinking: Ability to develop long-term strategies based on deep audience insights and brand-building expertise.
• Data Analysis and Measurement Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other measurement platforms, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Communication and Teamwork Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve common objectives.
• Creative and Flexible Thinking: Capable of generating creative ideas and adapting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
• Preferred: Candidates with experience in the automotive, technology, or other industries requiring comprehensive marketing skills.
