Growth of our largest and mid-size customers is the key to our company’s success. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that your assigned customers are maximizing the value of Browzwear to achieve their business goals, and to uncover new opportunities for us to expand our business within their enterprise organizations. Your primary goal with be to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and maximize revenue expansion through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with a Technical Account Manager (Customer success in charge of renewals and retention) and be supported by other key teams internally including Marketing, Product and R&D, Global Training & Support, Consulting team, among others to ensure the success of your accounts for the company. Your main KPI is purely financial and is reflected in expansion recurring booking.

Consultation
Linking customer goals into solutions; Embedding ideas of transformation and making them real for the customers in collaboration with your internal partners
Relationship Management
Identify, analyze, and systematically plan to communication and engage with key Stakeholders including executives and budget holders. Maintain relationship to uncover opportunities for growth and potential risk within the business.
Drive Growth
Through strategic account planning and excellent relationship management, unlocking opportunities to expand the customers’ business with Browzwear and meet or exceed your revenue growth KPIs

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
- Hunting: uncover new needs from different business units such as Ecommerce teams, Merchandising teams, etc.
- Understand customer business objectives, challenges, and priorities to provide relevant solutions and ensure customer success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue expansion, with support from marketing and others as needed
- Conduct regular business reviews and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to both customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position the company’s product and services
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets and other performance metrics
- Travel to customer sites as required to build relationships and support account activities (Expect 4-5 travels a month in some periods), this a field-based position more than a sit in position.

Requirements:
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Multi-lingual: Vietnamese and / or Tamil being much preferred, English being the language of work internally.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a fashion industry, sales, business development, or account management role preferably in the software or apparel industry
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in fashion technology sales or in merchandising
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key accounts
- Ability to develop and execute an annual strategic account plan to accomplish goals and growth quotas.
- Able to learn new software and technology
- Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Comfortable using a computer for work tasks
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proficiency with Hubspot, Salesforce, Rocket Reach, Zoominfo is a plus
- Experience in using CRM/Project management software is a plus
