We are looking for Account Manager position, especially open for Graduate Students:
Responsibilities
- Become a market expert – conduct in-depth research to define winning penetration strategies for targeted territories.
- Interact closely with the clients to get the client’s requirement
- Build strong client relationships – actively prospect and engage with potential customers, uncovering their needs and challenges.
- Showcase our expertise – deliver compelling presentations and presales, demonstrating the value proposition of CMC.
- Foster seamless project execution – collaborate with various departments to ensure projects run smoothly, exceeding client expectations.
- Be the Client Champion – from initial contact to after-sales support, you'll be the main point of contact, fostering long-term relationships and resolving any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Qualifications
- +1 year of experience in Sales/ Business Development/ Account Manager ( Open for Fresher)
- Prefer candidates having experience in the IT field and/or working as an international salesperson.
- Excellent in English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above);
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skill;
- Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams.
