Mô tả Công việc
Working Purpose:
Manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization. Responsible for creating and communicating sales goals and ways to achieve those goals. Responsible for designing plans to meet targets, developing relationships with clients/customers, and evaluating costs for selling products and services. Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, ad operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.
Key Responsibility and Accountabilities:
1. Sales:
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annually sales targets and business performance nationwide.
- Systematic of route to market with fully understanding each account/ customer in term of sales phasing, inventory, strength & weakness, sales demand to proposal for both plan of push and pull sales. Keep tracking on performance and identify of certain risk / opportunity to reach sales Goals even short term per month or longtime per year.
- Lead and train sales team to follow company policy to achieve certain sales target and other services to develop market.
- Planning and Implement sales strategy and develop target customers in designated areas, control and manage the sales team to develop in the right direction from the company
- Being an ambassador for the company's brand with the right attitude and good communication with customers on all channels.
- Keep up to date with all situations and reports related to the entire region that affect business results
- Create effective internal sales process alight with other department with purpose to shorter cut off time, quickly adapt any chance that can convert to sales.
- Involve to steps of supply chain to improve as much as possible for any service that bellow expectation and satisfaction
- Being a part of Human Resources department by looking for suitable candidates to join the team and process and propose recruitment
- Thoroughly research the product know-how to make a good presentation of the brand story so that the customers are impressed with the right, beautiful product information and some good stories behind the brand.
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meetings.
- Report on key KPIs related to the lead and the opportunity waterfall in order to implement a consistent closed-loop between marketing and sales
2. Marketing:
- Implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records, keep close communication with key customers. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems.
- Other special tasks assigned by BOD.

Education & Experience:
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
- A deep understanding of the market services/products.
