*Key objectives
To realize growth strategy and profitability in line with the business group strategy to maximize results and strengthen position of the company in Vietnam.
*Job Responsibilities
Strategic market development:
- Drive company growth and strategy
- Formulate and manage brand and development strategy in nutritional, food service solutions and other high value-added products focused on this country
- Manage innovation and product launches as per company and Business Group roadmap
- Manage revenue synergy
- Increase market-share positions.
Sales in B2B and B2C markets:
- Set up high qualified marketing and sales teams
- Create conditions for delivering high performances
- Personally handle trade contacts with (potential) high strategic impact
- Manage business by monitoring main KPI’s and decision-making process.
Management and Organization:
- Create conditions for delivering good performance in operations and supply chain
- Improve efficiency in operations, sourcing and supply chain
- Uphold the highest ethical standards in all aspects of the business
Manage profitability:
- Manage effectively investments
- Be responsible for P&L.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree is preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, with a track record of strategic leadership and achieving business objectives
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address challenges and opportunities
- Understand way of doing business in Vietnam market
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, with a track record of strategic leadership and achieving business objectives
- Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive profitability
