Ensuring effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standards, laws, and regulations.
Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in-process quality, efficiency, TPM, and delivery to meet customer's demands without the extra cost of expeditions.
Leading continual improvement, preventive action, and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.

At least 3 years at the same position or 7 years of experience as Production Supervisor position
Bachelor in engineering is required.
Good at English - 4 skills.
Show a strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
