As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Senior M&E Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the execution and monitoring of our critical projects.

Position Summary:

The Senior M&E Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects within Huu Toan Group. This role involves leading a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Manage a team of survey engineers and installation technicians to ensure efficient project execution.
• Plan and allocate resources for site surveys and generator installation projects.

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, specifically for generator installation projects.
• Approve design documents, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Lead the selection of contractors for generator installation, both internal and external.

Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Monitoring & Evaluation:

• Lead the commissioning and handover of generator installations, ensuring all standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Continuously seek ways to improve project processes and outcomes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on M&E engineering matters.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in M&E engineering and industrial equipment.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 05 years of experience in M&E engineering and project management.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, power systems, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
