JOB DESCRIPTION

Send reminders for payments and contact clients when needed.
Other ad- hoc duties.
Review, check, issue and sending invoices to clients.
Issue debit and credit memos and statements to customers on requests.
Proceed invoices adjustment or cancellation in compliance with Tax regulations or Decrees related to E- invoices, and respond to client concerns related.
Work closely with other employees within same or across other departments in relation to billing management.
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Complete reports and present to managers on time scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS

Computer skills, e.g. good at Microsoft Word, Excel, fast typing
Good analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers.
Strong organizational, time management skills and effective communication skills.
Work full- time in 6 months
Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment
Senior Student/ Fresh Graduate in relevant subjects, e.g. accounting, finance, economics.
Self- motivated with a high level of initiative.
Enthusiastic, demonstrate “can do” and “team working” attitude with an ability to learn quickly.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
