- The job holder segments, locating customer value through building outstanding and transparent solutions to optimize value for customers and Techcombank
Perform Tasks According To Functions And Duties
- Build knowledge of Customer Segment, identifying business opportunities with Customer Segment
- Build business model according to Customer Segment
- Build CVP for Customer Segment to choose
- Develop design requirements of products to meet the CVP of Customer Segment
- Measure sales effectiveness of Customer Segment
- Implement the unit's BCP plan according to TCB's regulations.
- Comply with the regulations, policies, procedures, instructions of TCB and the law for the officers in the unit in charge.
Participate in the implementation of the Division's and TCB's strategy as assigned by the Line Manager

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
Domain Expertise
- Minimum 12+ years of working experience in Corporate and Institutional Banking Group
- English: Fluent in TOEIC 650 or higher or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in product field for customer segments
- Prefer candidate with experience in finance management và project management
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in training, sales promotion, product development
- Understand of the field of customer segment development and management.
- Understand of service, product system of bank, especially products and services provided to customers in the Economic Field.
- Understand of the market situation, products, programs, incentives, understanding about digital technology services of the Bank.
- Understand of Vietnam economy, important policies and regulation of The State Bank of Viet Nam và laws related to the economic field
- Bachelor's degree, master's degree or higher majoring in finance, banking or other related major

Sản phẩm của UBL do Uncle Bills Australia phát triển, giám sát và kiểm tra chất lượng. Sản phẩm đã được bán tại hơn 10,000 cửa hàng trên 50 quốc gia, bao gồm Châu Âu, Châu Úc, Châu Á và Châu Phi. Bên cạnh 4000 sản phẩm chính lúc nào cũng sẵn có, UBL còn liên tục cập nhật các sản phẩm mới và đưa ra hàng loạt các loại sản phẩm bổ sung vào danh mục dành riêng cho Nội Thất, Điện Tử, Đồ Chơi, Lễ Giáng Sinh và Halloween và các sản phẩm tiêu dùng khuyến mãi theo chủ đề khác.
