Job Description

Implement all phases of the software development lifecycle, including deployment to development, client, and production environments.

Design & Development

• Read, understand, and contribute to detailed design documents.
• Participate in discussions on frameworks and design decisions.
• Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code based on specifications and design documents.
• Contribute to the evolution of the system architecture.
  
  

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Effectively debug and fix bugs.
• Own unit test coverage and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

Requirements & Collaboration

• Participate in requirement clarification sessions and contribute to acceptance criteria.
• Assist with task breakdown and provide accurate time estimations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  
  

Communication & Reporting

• Clearly communicate project status and any issues encountered.
• Contribute to risk and issue management for the team.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Experience with at least one JavaScript library (ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, NextJS).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
• Good problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• A strong work ethic and a passion for continuous learning.
