Job Brief/ Project Description/ Job Overview
• FPT Software is looking for talented candidates to join our project for an US leading healthcare company in the field of Health insurance and risk adjustment, at the position of Solution Architect focusing on frontend design and implementation. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and Engineering

• Lead in the US, while managing offshore development team and Collaborating with other developers globally to build and deliver the product with the highest quality.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
• Responsible for system analysis, design, coding, testing, and debugging for the product
• Commitment to collaboration and continued growth and development is key to operating effectively on the team
• Lead daily support and maintenance of the product, and proactively seek long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Establish an overall architecture vision for the domain and ensure specific components are appropriately designed and leveraged
• Provide detailed design and documentation of each component of the solution
• Collaborating with designers, product managers, and other engineers to develop user-friendly and responsive web applications.
• Develop maintainable, scalable, and high-efficient source code that meets business requirements and best practices. Coach and review other team members’ codes to ensure best practices are followed.
• Identify complexities and break those into reusable components for the team.
• Guide the team in anticipating future use cases and helps them make design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes
• Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in frontend technologies and sharing your knowledge with the team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Extensive experience in full-stack software development, especially frontend part
• Experience in designing Cloud-based applications, familiar with producing architecture diagrams
• Strong understanding with software engineering principles, design patterns and their implementations
• Strong hands-on coding skills and embrace Domain-Driven Design
• Experience in designing big distributed systems with consideration to performance, security, scalability, high availability
• Hands-on experience with API design, especially API authentication/authorization and securing APIs
• Must have strong experience with one of these Frontend frameworks: Vue.js (preferred), React, Angular
• Deeply understand how to design frontend components using design patterns
• Knowing how to mock functions and implement tests for Frontend components using frameworks like Jest, Cypress…
• Knowing how to review code properly and using tools for scanning/ensuring code quality
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and working with geographically-separated team in different timezones
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers is a plus.
• Good knowledge of AWS (S3, EC2, Beanstalk) is a big plus
