* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Process order as customer request
- Follow up CM's production and shipment
- Supply information of Shipping mark and DR to CM
- Ensure shipping document sent to customers correctly and on time
- Check and submit shipping document
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
Main responsibility:
- Get capacity from CMs at the beginning of each season
- Offer orders to CMs, check price and ask CMs to confirm the delivery plan (ETD) after price agreement
- After customer confirms order, follow up and adjust ETD and arrange CM's plan to fit with capacity per month
- Issue POs to CMs and update it in the plan and follow up
- Check production status with QA and CMs regularly to limit delay shipment
- Receive SMA, check and send CMs to order carton box
- Send DR to CMs and check booking confirmation
- Book inspection by 3rd party if customer requires, and book vessels online
- Solve problems related to shipment and push CM to ship out the goods to reach confirmed ETD
- When the goods shipped out, check shipment report from QA and update shipment information into system.
- Check and push CM to send draft and original document as soon as possible (deadline: 07 days from S/D)
- Making payment request
- Check and confirm ETD sample to related departments and follow up
- Communicate with other departments to get necessary information of shipment
- Support CMs to solve problems with related departments
- Work with new CMs/Supplier about new coating, MSDS, test REACH report...
- Send the wood source document of CMs to ESG and follow up to comply with FSC/EUTR/EUDR
- Update, storage and manage documents
- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager or Senior Manager
- Receive all updated information of shipment from related departments
- Attend training programs to improve working skill and gain best results in work
- Decide and solve issues within assigned CMs
- Support IMEX for shipping document: SI, VGM, Shipping document
- Book truck to transfer the goods for mix container/sample/Aluminium component... between CMs and SCC warehouse

- ScanCom Suppliers/Manufacturers

* WORKING CONDITION:
- Working place: ScanCom Viet Nam Binh Duong Office (Lot 10, Street 8, Song Than IZ, Di An, HCMC, Vietnam)
- Working time: Full time* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor Degree major in Foreign Trade, Economic, Industrial Management, International Business, Business Administration or similar fields
- At least 01 year working experience in wooden outdoor furniture company, knowledge about production Planning, Import export, EUDR, BSCI, ISO
- Ability to communicate professional with people at all levels inside and outside the company.
- Demonstrated organizational skills
* Important requirement:
- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents, and being able to express themselves clearly vocally in English
- Strong analytics and work in details, good mathematics
