• CS VIP Department

1. Building information channels so that customers can easily access information about the company, product features, prices, payment methods...
2. Clues receive all information about customer complaints, give directions for handling, submit to GD for comments and discussions at the HOD
3. Build the relationships with the existing customers and potential customers.
4. Provide product/service knowledge to present to our customer.
5. Plan to visit VIP customers + Visit customer with sales
6. Organize measurement of customer satisfaction level 2 times / year. Report the results to GD, find out the causes of bad customer reviews, unsatisfactory customer, propose improvement solutions.
7. Follow up Sales Lead and overseas agent project shipment.
8. Review lost customer and qualified customers weekly.
9. Customer Card of VIP with Precaution. – Check and update Quotation to customer monthly – work on service contact with customer – Follow with Accounting Dept if customer late on paymen

• NMT CS Department

1. Handle and develop Nomination customer
2. Handle the DDU/DDP/DAP case inquiry of Sales
3. Check and arrange the schedule, collect booking note
4. Input booking information & customer profile & make sure the remark info is correct and updated
5. Daily handling, review shipment record, analyses the shipment status to Supervisor & Agent
6. To coordinate with Overseas Agents for trouble cases and dispute
7. Update buying rate on every 5th and 25th
8. Sending the CONSOL sailing schedule of next month to agent & it at the end of month
9. To control A/R and order risk with the accounting department. Monitor and ensure that Agent make prompt payment
10. Develop WCA/JC agent (assist CONSOL team to negotiate the terms with agent)
11. Sales Lead data organize, send, and follow up
12. Assist Operation Team to organize the calling data of Nomination customer
13. For the Nomination CS who cannot complete the designated targets, will need to assist Operation Team to do other tasks based on the instruction of HOD/GM
