You Are:

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for RTL design and a strong background in developing high-performance silicon chips. You have a solid understanding of the full SOC design cycle and are familiar with the latest tools and technologies in the field. With over 5 years of experience in RTL design for ASIC or PHY IP, you possess the technical expertise and problem-solving skills necessary to tackle complex design challenges. Your proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, and Python, along with your knowledge of clock domain crossing and APB/JTAG, makes you a valuable asset to any team. You are self-motivated, highly enthusiastic about technology, and committed to achieving outstanding results. Your excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the success of your projects. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing specifications, architecture designs, and RTL for High Bandwidth Interface PHY IP and Test chips.
• Defining synthesis design constraints and resolving issues related to STA and Gate level simulation.
• Collaborating with the Verification team to review and map the Verification plan with specifications.
• Following up with other teams during the logic implementation phases, from RTL to GDS flow.
• Performing project leadership roles when required, and possibly working directly with customers to resolve technical issues related to RTL.
• Contributing to the development of the digital flow and training junior RTL engineers.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in RTL design for ASIC or PHY IP.
• Proficiency with tools like VCS, Verdi, and Spyglass or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge of clock domain crossing and APB/JTAG.
• Strong scripting skills in Perl, Tcl, and Python.
• Experience with Analog Mixed Signal IP is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
