RESPONSIBILITY

? Manage and operate a retail fashion store (>100m²) according to a high-performance, professional model.

? Build, train, and lead a sales team to improve customer experience.

? Control sales, ensure the store achieves KPIs on revenue & performance.

? Optimize product display, control goods, and operate warehouses to improve business performance.

? Implement Sales & Marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness & attract customers and achieve revenue targets.

? Propose strategies to optimize sales processes and enhance shopping experiences.

? Analyze sales data, propose growth strategies and optimize operational processes.

? Coordinate with departments to ensure the store operates smoothly & achieves business goals.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

✅ University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce

✅ 3 years or more experience in retail store management (>100m²), with priority given to the fashion industry.

✅ Fluent in English communication

✅ Understanding of modern retail operations according to international standards

✅ Team management skills, staff training & building an effective working culture.

✅ Ability to sell & market thinking, sensitive to market trends.

✅ Proficient in store management tools (POS, sales reports, operational reports, customers, goods control).

✅ Enthusiastic, responsible, strategic thinking & proactive in improving processes.

✅ Proactive, creative & not afraid of challenges to develop the store strongly.
