As a Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving revenue growth for Ly Gia Vien by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. You'll be responsible for prospecting for leads, qualifying them, converting them into opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will be essential to your success.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Ly Gia Vien's products and services.
Opportunity Management:
Convert qualified leads into opportunities by conducting needs analysis, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating terms.
Collaborate with BDMs/KAMs to develop and execute sales strategies for specific opportunities.
Account Management:
Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Proven 1-2 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or related field
Ability to translate complex information into simple terms.
Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building skills.
