Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Offline Event Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of various in-person events and activations
- Help ensure that all event logistics, including scheduling, vendor management, and event materials, are organized and on track
- Support in identifying and coordinating with the suppliers and partners to ensure that event requirements are met
- Ensure smooth communication and efficient collaboration before, during, and after the events
- Provide on-site support during events
Yêu cầu công việc
- Passion for event planning, fashion, and beauty with desire to develop skills in the industry
- Experience in coordinating small-scale events or supporting larger events is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
