- Plan and execute in-person events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns
- Coordinate product launches, pop-up shops, fashion shows, and VIP customer experiences
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, including sourcing and negotiations
- Handle budget planning and management for all events
- Lead team coordination and on-site event execution
- Conduct post-event analysis and reporting
Yêu cầu công việc
- 2-3 years experience in event management, preferably in fashion, beauty, or e-commerce
- Creative and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellence in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive engagement and deliver memorable experiences
- Fashion or e-commerce industry experience preferred
