POSITION

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead our Property Management System (PMS) team in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS platform products, ideally with experience in the hospitality or property management industry. This role focuses on enhancing our PMS, which serves as our core product, by improving user experience, expanding feature sets, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. You will work closely with our German Property Management team to extend their capabilities, ensuring the solution meets evolving market demands and supports operational excellence.

CHALLENGE

• Product Development: continuous improvement of our PMS, focusing on scalability, usability, and seamless property management workflows.
• Team Management: Leading our developers based in our Vietnam office, and being first contact person from our Property Management Team based in Germany (Product Manager & Developers)
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely wih cross-functional teams - including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and especially the German Property Management team - to align product features and delivery those on time
• Sprint Planning & Delivery: Work with the Scrum team to plan sprints, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth execution. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep projects on track
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Continuously exchange with our Product Manager and our Designer to understand better our customers and their needs
• Roadmap Alignment: Align the product roadmap with business objectives and other domains
• Risk & Dependency Management: Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the development process and collaborate with stakeholders to address them proactively
• Performance Metrics: Regularly review and report on the performance aiming for continual improvement
  
  

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as product owner
• Proven experience in delivering product in SaaS platform ecosystem
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English, German skills nice to have

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
