BUSINESS UNIT

Enterprise Solutions is a business unit in HRS which integrates multiple solutions through the interchange of information from various business processes and related databases. Working in Enterprise Solutions means working on our core systems which enable our business processes on a daily basis.

Pay2Reclaim platform is at the core of HRS’s value proposition—simplifying travel payments, automating invoicing, and transforming spend data into actionable insights. Key HRS innovations such as seamless payments, automated invoice validation, fully eligible VAT reclaim, and actionable spend data insights are all powered by the Pay2Reclaim platform.

These capabilities not only drive bottom-line improvements and ensure regulatory compliance for our customers but also play a critical role in enabling HRS’s go-to-market strategy. As a member of the Pay2Reclaim teams, you’ll operate at the crossroads of travel and finance, helping some of the world’s leading businesses streamline complex payment flows and gain control over their global travel spend —with visibility, automation, and intelligence at every step.

POSITION

CHALLENGE

  • Develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design, and deliver the best solution.
  • Write technical specifications and ensure clarity for implementation.
  • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve bugs and issues promptly.
  • Design and manage databases using SQL Server, PostgreSQL and MongoDB to optimize performance.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and automate testing (unit, integration, and regression) for high-quality delivery.
  • Perform unit tests and ensure product quality through automated and AI-assisted validation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles.
  • Proficiency in Front-end languages (HTML, CSS, ReactJS…).
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in solving the system performance is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Miro-services architecture.
  • Experience with using AI for both development and testing is a must
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Good at English communication.
  • Good understanding of security requirements and the capability to review code, enforce secure development standards, and guide the team in best practices.
