Responsibilities:

Join a dynamic, entrepreneurial product development team where you'll be at the heart of building and scaling innovative financial products (Payment, Lending, Savings, etc.), driving meaningful impact from day one
Take end-to-end ownership of the backend services that power our products, designing and developing solutions with scalability, high availability, and low latency at the forefront, enabling rapid growth and continuous product iteration
Be a key driver of product success by thinking like an investor—analyzing market opportunities, identifying user needs, and building systems that are both sustainable and customer-centric
Collaborate with other product teams and integrate with core services (e.g., Notification Engine, Fraud, AML) to ensure seamless product experiences across a range of features, from lending to savings
Innovate like a startup—lead the charge from concept to deployment, continuously testing, learning, and improving your product with every iteration
Solve complex technical and business challenges, utilizing your startup mentality to quickly deliver impactful solutions that evolve with the product

Requirements

Must-have:

Proven development experience: You've got a solid background in software development, with expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
