● Manage and drive full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer.
● Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing for candidates (with company talent pool support)
● Value and continue to build a great candidate experience by engaging with candidates throughout the interview process.
● Partner with clients & internal teams to develop and execute on sourcing strategies.
● Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers with their decision process.
● Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR teams.● At least minimum 2 years full life-cycle recruiting experience (both IT & non-IT)
● Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
● Experience in sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels (including social media, targeted sourcing campaigns, networking events, etc.).
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Can work independent with responsibility, high-performance orientation● Income: Base salary + competitive commission based on KPI
