- Perform FE & QA tasks
- Product performance survey - commercial scrap survey (main PIC): Making proposal & preparation, Communicate with agents, Inspection and key in data, Analysis and report
- Plan, manage the Field/monitoring test work reflect to company strategy:studying, proposal, follow up/manage members implement periodic until finish, final result.
- Manage cost efficiency, contribute maximize to the Sales by utilizing the test result conveniently
- Handling customer's claim, survey, test,sale/dealersupport,support in training/family channel (FC) development
- Fleet Approach (FA): Collaborate with Sales team to approach new potential fleets by Technical approach to get business, to increase Sales volume and achieve the FA Sales target
- Implement/provide technical activities/services (solution) during FA and after-sales services
- Market information updates: product, customers, market info.
- Support for leader and other assignment
