1. Knowledge:
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong analytical, planning, and project management abilities.
· Ability to work under high pressure and meet sales targets.
· Understanding of the nuances of personalized service and ability to anticipate and exceed VIP customer expectations.
2. Experience:
· Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, 5-star Hotel, Resort,B2B,partnership, with a preference for supervisory or managerial roles.
3. Skills/Competencies:
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Comfortable using Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads, including setting budgets.
· Able to work efficiently in Excel and other office applications.
· Customer focused, with good written communication skill.
·Highly competent individual
