Overall control NPI projects at EWI factory. (NPI: New Product Introduction)
Takeover NPI projects from PM team.
Create and take ownership for project roadmap and build definition through whole project timeline. (Project kick off until NPI close)
Align with other function teams (including internal and external - Different BUs) to make sure all readiness will be well prepared before each build.
Monitor and execute build plans to meet customer expectations in terms of time, quantity, quality.
Follow the build onsite with NPI project function team to take proper actions and provide resource/solutions on-time to help build run smoothly.
Capture and record/summary all issues/lessons learn from the build to work with related team to improve for next build.
Collecting reports and project status, build status of each build and share within EWI or to customer.
Follow sample shipment process to ensure samples will be shipped on time - right quantity and well packaging.
Coordinate with function team to collect all PPAP documents to get approval and submit to customer to get approval for Mass production.
Review Feasibility of project and prepare as well as lead MP transfer meeting.
Follow up action tracker after transferred MP if any to close NPI.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Engineering field.
Experience: Has experience in Project Management, particularly within manufacturing, with a strong preference for industrial manufacturing backgrounds.
Knowledge or certification in MS Project and Smartsheet is required.
Experience or knowledge of engineering software such as SolidWorks and CAD is a significant advantage.
Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
