- Provide hands-on support and assistance to Food and Beverage associates to ensure highest level of service and courtesy that are provided to the guests

- Resolve guest complaints and Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner

- Receive, record and make any necessary arrangments for reservation and special functions in the Restaurant

- Maintain stock control

- Conduct team briefings, meetings, and trainings as directed by Restaurant Manager to keep staffs informed of current promotions, daily specials/events

- Maintain all associates’ roster and update actual records where applicable

- Assist Restaurant Manager to maintain Departmental Standard Operating Procedures

- Ensure all colleagues have a thorough working knowledge and follow SOPs at all times

- Supervise the level, consistency, and quality of all menu items

- Supervise all aspects regarding hygiene and cleaning activities for back of the house area and dining area

- Complete daily server and cashier reports

- Take responsibilities of operational issues in the absence of Restaurant Manager

- Bachelor/College Degree, preferred Hospitality

- Additional certification(s) in Food and Beverage will be an advantage

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience working in a similar position

- Possess knowledge, skills and abilities to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job

- Possess knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standard, guest relations and etiquette

- Good English communication

- Willingness to be a team player

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
