This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time position located in Ho Chi Minh City as part of Electronics & Industrial team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to achieve business targets. You will execute and implement sales activities, identify new opportunities for products and offerings, and work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive business growth.

- URGENT HIRING *
This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time position located in Ho Chi Minh City as part of Electronics & Industrial team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to achieve business targets. You will execute and implement sales activities, identify new opportunities for products and offerings, and work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver successful sales results to achieve business targets.
- Execute and implement sales activities including value selling, product promotion, key account management, complaint handling, technical issue resolution, price negotiation, and demand forecast accuracy management.
- Identify new impactful opportunities for existing and new products and offerings through interaction with potential customers at all levels, driving it to rapid success.
- Build long-term and strong partnerships with key accounts while developing relationships of trust at all levels of the account(s).
- Work closely with regional cross-functional teams and clients to communicate well internally and externally to grow the Vietnam business.
Education
- BS or higher degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related Science/Engineering field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or engineering in the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), Flexible Circuit Board (FPC), or Display or Electronic industries,
- Fluent in oral and written English communication. Ability to communicate in Japanese or Korean language is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive and able to identify problems and suggest solutions.
- Be a self-starter and result-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
