- Develop Business Strategy: Propose and implement plans to expand the market and drive revenue growth.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Target potential customers, strategic partners, and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop Partnership Relations: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients and partners.
- Negotiate and Finalize Contracts: Negotiate terms of cooperation and complete business agreements.
- Market Analysis and Evaluation: Research industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Support Business Goals: Collaborate with departments to ensure revenue and growth objectives are met.
- Relationship Management: Optimize and maximize the value of partnerships through effective relationship development.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS
- English proficiency: Minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent; professional communication required.
- Wide network in AI, Banking, and Technology fields is a strong advantage.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Capable of effective persuasion and negotiation with clients and partners.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan long-term and seek new development opportunities.
- Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of the market, competitors, and trends to support business decisions.
- Relationship Building: Able to build trust and maintain sustainable partnerships.
- Project Management: Coordinate business activities to meet targets.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of AI, Blockchain, and DePIN to identify potential opportunities.
- Time Management: Prioritize and handle tasks efficiently to meet business goals.

IV. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary: Gross salary: Up to $2,500 + commission
- Negotiable depending on experience and actual capabilities
