Security Coordinator: Security Coordinator coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization. Ensures programs are effective and identifies the need for additional resources

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Storage, update department documents and report
• Management and Sort security department form, office material equipment, interview information
• Be responsible for stationery order, management for department
• Be responsible for Cadena update, Record and disseminate important information in department briefings, monitor work of security officer
• Support Security Officer to control situation in FCC room and support security officer if need. Receive information, record from security officer about spoiled equipment
• Support Security Officer to control check point, patrol areas, monitor CCTV
• Coordinate with other departments for related tasks
• Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
• Other ad-hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree/higher education, qualification/equivalent in administration or related field
2. Service years in the field : at least 01 year experiences
3. Knowledge and skills:

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Good writing skills
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and software System
• Professional, careful and efficient spirit is highly appreciated
• Problem solving and organizational abilities
