● Participate in Project Management according to the Agile development lifecycle model with Scrum method
● Ensure quality, schedule and cost optimization for assigned projects.
● Manage and orient teams and customers to perform problem analysis, estimation, product design and development, and project quality management.
● Manage the team and ensure that each team member is fully involved and actively contributes to the project activities.
● Maintain good work performance with high quality for the team. Take on the role of mentoring and developing team members.
● Manage the process of estimating and planning for each Sprint, Release ensures that it is appropriate to the capacity of the team, according to the definition of the Agile Scrum process from 2 to 4 weeks for 1 Sprint
● Suggest process improvements to achieve good product quality in line with the product's business requirements.● Minimum 4 years of experience in a project management position.
● Ability to manage, prioritize work, strong in communication, track project progress clearly and manage customer experience.
● Communicating with customers, managers, experts and POs
● Flexible, cheerful, sociable and able to build good relationships with all members of the team.
● Meticulous, careful, have organizational skills, work well under pressure and deadlines, have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Good communication skills
