KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage Procurement
Vendor Management: Research, evaluate, and update vendor list; build partnerships for cost savings; maintain a blacklist and recommend vendors; represent the Purchase Function in vendor discussions.
Procurement Process: Review requisitions, verify inventory, plan purchases, source and negotiate with vendors, prepare contracts and purchase orders, schedule deliveries, maintain records, handle payments, and prepare reports.
2. Manage Inventory:
Set inventory standards, monitor levels, place orders, manage warehouse operations, update tracking files, and conduct stock counts.
3. Other Duties
Develop and update processes and systems for procurement and warehouse management; handle additional projects as assigned.- Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field;
1-2 years of experience working as a purchasing officer or an inventory accountant could be preferable;
Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors);
Proficiency with MS Office tools and resource management tools;
System approach and problem-solving ability;
Good communication and quick learning.Laptop
