Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at ICOMIFY located in Hanoi. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also handle the budget and financial aspects of client accounts, prepare reports, and collaborate with other departments to meet client needs.

Build and cultivate a business network to meet the revenue target. Handle customer concerns, suggest and convey messages to the intended audience, thus aiding sales and boosting revenue.

Qualifications

• Proficiently utilize office applications such as Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Proficient in English ( IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800 ...)
• 1 year of experience in sales B2C or 6 months of experience in sales B2B
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
