We are currently seeking a Marketing Communication Executive to join our IC - Branding Team to develop compelling content that cement Mynavi TechTus Vietnam' identity,  attract new talents to join the company. In addition, this position also helps to raise employee engagement among the company. As Mynavi TechTus Vietnam continues to establish itself as a fast-growing regional and global brand, your work will contribute significantly to both internal and external branding efforts.


What to do

  • Create visual content (especially for video) for social media, digital channels, and offline materials to deliver clear messages, raise awareness. 
  • Plan and implement marketing communication activities tailored to different target audiences (Back Office, Project Production, External Talents...) and aligned with specific project or policy goals.
  • Manage, moderate, and grow internal communication channels such as Slack, Website, Email,... or external channels such as Facebook, Linkedin, Medium…
  • Contribute creative ideas for brand storytelling and seasonal events
  • Monitor interactions and respond to employee feedback via messages or anonymous form; act as a liaison to coordinate timely and proper handling with relevant departments (HR, QA, Compliance, etc.).
  • Identify and handle internal & external communication risks to prevent or mitigate internal crises (if any)
  • Plan, budget, coordinate logistics, and execute internal events such as Year-end/New Year party, other events, etc., sport day, hackathon,...
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders ( HR, Finance, Legal,...) and external vendors/partners throughout planning, execution, and post-campaign review .
  • Measure, analyze, and report the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and events using key metrics (reach, engagement, employee feedback...) and propose initiatives


What you should have

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Internal Communication, Communications, Event Management, Marketing, or Human Resources, with a relevant background aligned to the job description.
  • Skilled in content creation and multi-format communication (written, visual, video, verbal) that is clear, engaging, and goal-oriented. You need to be creative in your content approach and capable of producing that content yourself.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute effective communication campaigns or internal events.
  • Proficient in basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) & office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word,...). Familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, VEO) to support work efficiency.
  • Superior skills in copywriting, editing and proofreading. Have knowledge of SEO
  • Experience in the Tech industry is preferred. 
  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and written.
