POSITION SUMMARY
Serve and supervise maintenance of turbine mechanical systems and equipment. Diagnose symptoms to determine causes of abnormal operations to be able to specify adequate corrective action. Maintain manuals, procedures, historical information, CMMS and inspection records ensuring adequate update. Assist in other areas of the plant as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties and responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform maintenance duties in a safe, environmentally friendly and workmanlike manner.
- Based on experience, equipment history and O&M manuals establish scope, frequency and method for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on turbines and related mechanical equipment.
- Specify and procure mechanical spares and services as required.
- Supervise work on attributed system ensuring safe, effective and efficient implementation of work method statement.
- Prepare, maintain and update documentation, reports and CMMS as required.
- Promote team development and training. Develop required procedures to ensure the established maintenance strategy is known and implemented.
- Perform other comparable and related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Mechanical Engineering Degree is required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in plant maintenance engineering or equivalent industrial environment role, including maintenance engineering of rotating equipment and maintenance work planning. Previous supervisory experience appreciated.
- Available to work overtime and/or weekends if required.
- Familiar with P&ID drawing, Visual inspection and periodic maintenance for Mechanical facilities such as turbine, turbine auxiliaries, etc.
- Prefer a certificate of completion on mechanical theory, hydraulic control mechanism, coal combustion theory and thermal dynamic theory.
- Prefer a certificate of completion for the training course on the routine or preventive maintenance work of turbine, turbine auxiliary of Super critical coal boiler power plant
- A certificate of completion for training courses on the structure and basic principle of Boiler facilities such as Mill, Axial fan, Air preheating system, and Coal burning system.
- Possess advanced level communications skills in English (written and verbal) and be computer literate. Able to communicate using advanced vocabularies.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Ngày 30/09/1991, VID Public Bank Việt Nam được thành lập với tỷ lệ góp vốn 50:50 dưới sự hợp tác giữa BIDV (Việt Nam) và Public Bank Berhad (Malaysia).
- Tháng 5/1992, Chính thức đi vào hoạt động, cung cấp các sản phẩm/dịch vụ tài chính ngân hàng đa dạng.
- Ngày 15/7/2014, BIDV Việt Nam đã ký hợp đồng chuyển nhượng 50% vốn góp của VID Public Bank cho Public Bank Berhad, chấm dứt hợp tác sau 20 năm hoạt động.
- Ngày 23/03/2015, Public Bank Berhad (Malaysia) nhận toàn bộ phần góp vốn của ngân hàng BIDV.
- Ngày 24/03/2016, VID Public Bank được sự chấp thuận của Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam tái cấu trúc thành ngân hàng 100% vốn nước ngoài và đổi tên thành Public Bank VietNam, có hiệu lực từ ngày 01/04/2016.
- Public Bank Berhad (Malaysia) tiến hành thủ tục để đưa Public Bank VietNam chính thức trở thành ngân hàng con của mình.
