- Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

- Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit

- Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information

- Assist in delivering daily briefings and attends other Food and Beverage meetings as scheduled

- Assist in delivering prepared training sessions in line with a departmental monthly calendar and track progress of the team on a training matrix.

- Set up of food and beverage equipment, mini bar operations

- Introduce menu and get order from guest.

- Serve food and beverage to guest

- Assist F&B team with receiving and storage of goods.

- Cleans and maintains equipment and premises, maintains hygienic standards and procedures.

- Assist with the preparation of functions and service.

- Actively inform guests of product options and offering.

- Take a diligent and pro-active approach to guest care and service at all times.

- Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.

- Fluent English speaking & writing.
