Liaises all Housekeeping sections, supervisors and other department such as Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and F&B

Respond to telephone calls and handles guest requests promptly and courteously, keep records on all ingoing and outgoing calls.

Log down all information received with the name of the caller and information

Update the arrival and departure list from FO and inform to the HSKP Assistant and Supervisor assigned in the area.

Write down in logbook all unusual things such as: Guest instructions / Guest requests, Extra items issue to the guest.

Issues, receives, records and controls all housekeeping and public area keys and controls all housekeeping pagers.

Ensures that all prescribed housekeeping books are used according to policies properly kept updated.

Operates computer for ready rooms to Front Office and accurate room status information, update housekeeping room status control sheet.

Prepares and issues VIP rooms set up in liaison with Front Office and Floor Supervisors

Record and report all maintenance reports and follow up, make out maintenance work order and send them to engineering immediately.

Provides information when requested and promotes hotel’s services, facilities and special events

Reports any health or safety hazards or any complaint or potential complaint to the Manager immediately

Conversant with emergency evacuation and fire procedures for relevant department

Perform other task assigned based on hotel needs or requirements

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
