- Manage and process various licences related application, renewal and reporting for relevant PwC entities and personnel in a timely manner.
- Liaise between regulators and licence holders.
- Review the process regularly to apply the latest and updated policy, guidelines and requirements related to licensing.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in information and data for licensing applications and regulatory reporting.
- Assist and provide guidance to licence applicants, existing holders, practice staff, internal support teams in licensing related matters from time to time.
- Organize and attend monthly licensing meetings with all team members, direct supervisor, and Leader.
- Prepare and monitor data metrics for periodic reports.
- Provide support on other RISQ related matters and monitoring activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor Degree in Auditing/ Finance/ Law or other relevant degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general business environment e.g. management, customer service, administration, operation, etc.
- Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite tools e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets & slides
- Ability to communicate well with all levels of personnel and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility to change accordingly
