Job Description & Summary:
- Associate Software QA Analyst to join our Digital Solutions Unit, a growing Professional Services Tech team with Vietnamese and expatriate members
- Understand business requirements and acceptance criteria in order to execute manual and automated tests to verify the quality and completeness of features being delivered
- Primary tools: Azure DevOps (version tracking tool), Playwright (automation framework)

Key responsibilities:
- Develop quality assurance plan covering business and functional requirements
- Estimating testing efforts and executing within the agreed timeline
- Perform manual and automated testing to support our team build digital products with an impact
- Spotting system usability and practical issues, paying attention to user experience (UX) and suggesting ideas for seamless client experience (CX)
- Assists developers in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis
- Conduct post implementation testing
- Coordinating with business analysts
- Reporting to project stakeholders regarding QC status and system readiness to roll out
- Continually developing your skills and knowledgeRequirements:
- University Degree in Computer Science or a related area
- At least 01 year experience in a quality assurance or a related role
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking ability
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to work in a team
- Fast learner with dedication to personal development
- Basic coding knowledge
- Experience with web applications
- Experience with API testing is a plus
- Working command of spoken and written English and VietnameseThưởng
