Responsibilities Of The Role

• Receive vendor invoices/ statements, check and allocate to PIC agencies.
• Validate cost on invoices versus system to ensure correctly input and confirmation from
  
  

vendors and agencies.

• Prepare payment request.
• Checking invoices (hard copies) with the system to make sure VAT input & output in
  
  

order for tax declaration.

• Tracking invalid, credit memo, coupon on Facebook/Google invoices for media credit
  
  

which have not been reconciled.

• Checking and taking note of FX billing based on Actual billing for the person in charge
  
  

and team to correct on the system.

• Supporting on follow up pending true-up with agencies for a team pushing & correcting
  
  

on time after agencies to correct on the system.

• Other tasks will be assigned by the line manager.

• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word & Excel
• Comfortable working with systems and handling multiple tasks with
  
  

tight deadlines.

• Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information
• Careful, patient, proactive and highly responsible
• Eager to learn, energetic, flexible & adaptable to quick changes, able to communicate
  
  

with clearly & cleanly

• Good at English skill in writing and reading is a plus
