Mission: Working for a safer world
- Conduct desktop-based remediation process (Online and Offline CAPA review, re-grades, and documentation review) and deliver high and consistent quality of result within required timeframe.
- Conduct analysis of internal factory systems and how they relate to the overall effectiveness of the system.
- Ability to identify steps required to implement internal changes and create a plan to complete each task.
- As needed, support the development and implementation of tools and training at the factory level.
- Support the Program Manager and Team Leader, as needed, in specific project-based work in CBCI and Operations.
- Support Program Manager in development of training content related to advisory services and assist in delivery of trainings in local language and English.
- Coordinates and assist with logistics and tracks works.
- Participate in team development.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- University degree in related field.
- Preferably 1-2 years working experience.
- Bi-lingual w/ English for all international hires; bi-lingual preferred for U.S. hires.
- Exposure in CSR-related field or social compliance auditing is preferred.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English required, proficiency in a secondary language preferred.
- Strong skills in internet research and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of labor laws, international labor standards and human rights issues preferred.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Ability in analyzing and problem-solving skills.
- Ability in inter-human communication skills with factory management.
