The Production Planning Assistant in PE Film Processing plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations by collaborating with various stakeholders.
This role involves working closely with the Material Warehouse, Finished-Goods Warehouse, Maintenance, and QA/QC teams to verify the latest machine status and adopt targeted production volumes in a daily basis.

*. ADMINISTRATIVE
1. Prepares Daily Report from onsite data of machine’s consumption materials for Film blowing machine and packaging consumption for bag making machine, memoranda and internal correspondence. Ensures its correctness, completeness & accuracy.
2. Maintain and update the selective product list for the suitable machine to achieve maximum output and satisfied related quality concern
3. Smooth communication between all the stake holders: Production, Warehouses, Maintenance, QA/QC, purchasing departments for latest daily data of machine status and daily output and share feedback to the master planning

* PRODUCTIVITY & EFFICIENCY
4. Remained material checked on site and Mixture request given to Warehouse for materials pre-mixed and top-up in time
5. Remained packaging check on site and Packaging request given to the stock warehouse for in time consumption of the BM
6. Alert to the superior levels for any shortage issue of materials, packaging
7. Collaborate with the production team for machine status updated

*. PLANNING
8. Machine capabilities reviewed and clarified for daily planning, targets to the most suitable machine with the various products series
9. Advise for the mater planning with latest machine’s capability
10. Implement the planning change in case the initial planning got any issue of machine broken, quality concern.

*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
11. Minimum downtime and Scrap rate that affect production efficiency on the production line, which caused by the missed selected machine for relevant product
12. Maximum working space with controlled materials box and packaging pallet on site from the strictly daily planning with mixture orders and packaging orders

* DOCUMENTATION
13. Maintain accurate records of production data, machine status, and other relevant information. Prepare reports and present findings to management as required.
14. Daily updated machine status, shared by the stake holders (Warehouses, Maintenance, Purchasing, QA/QC)
15. Suggestions for the any new procedure, checklist, instruction to improve the planning processes

*AUTHORITY
On behalf of the production team to communicate with stake holders from Warehouses (packaging stock/materials/finished-good), Maintenance, Purchasing, QA/QC for the issue of machine’s status, materials shortage, machine repair lead time, packaging shortage/lead time.
